Counseling: During students/parents visiting, we conduct an interview on the basis information we finalize course and country. But we never insist students regarding destination where to We respect the student’s choice but sometimes we suggest them to research more in the internet and finalize the course and country.
Preparation Class: As students finalize the destination, we request to join Korean Language EPS-TOPIK, TOPIK/KLPT/ IELTS/TOEFL/ SAT/TEP/PTE/NAT/JLPT Exam Preparation. But we will not run or conduct above classes they have to do from other intuition and they have to consult for only information and counseling for abroad study in different countries.
Search college/university: As per the financial and educational back ground we suggest college and university to the students.
Enrollment: Only qualified students in terms of the language and academic standard we enroll the students in the university. After we get the eligibility from the College/University, we send the students to make NOC (No Objection Certificate) from the Ministry of Education, at Keshar Mahal, Kathmandu.
Fee Transfer: Tuition fee is sending to get confirmation of Enrollment (COE) from College/University; fee should be send by student’s only thorough first class bank in Nepal.
Visa application lodgment: For the visa lodgment we required other financial documents like relation with sponsors, property valuation, annual income, tax clearance and sponsors letter, bank balance or bank loan is essential and all the document should be made by students only from related area like D.C, CA office, Audit office and should be genuine.
Visa/Farewell: If student got visa we arrange ticket and airport pickup. We also give small orientation what to do or not to do in the immigration and in abroad. We also conduct classes about culture and manner to be maintained in the respective country. Some post landing services like visa extension, hostel arrangement also we do in the help of abroad party.
If rejected, Refund: Visa is not Sometimes students can be rejected in case if student has paid the tuition fee, we arrange refund process. Students have to wait up to 28- business days for refund and small enrollment fee can be deducted from the college. But visa fee will not be refunded. In this matter we make aware to the students and parents so that there won’t any dispute in future.
